CIP مخفف (Cleaning In Place) یک نوع سیستم شستشو در محل است.
از سیستم CIP برای مبدل های حرارتی،پروسس تانک،مخزن های استیل و… استفاده میشود.
CIP سیستمی است که برای شستشوی و تمیز کردن سطوح داخلی مخازن،لوله ها و شیر ها استفاده میشود که نیازی به باز کردن انها نیست.
طرز استفاده از سیستم CIP یا (CLEAMING IN PLACE) به این گونه است که اب و مواد شیمیایی را درون لوله ها و تجهیزات می چرخاند و باعث شستن ان میشود.
سیستم شستشوی CIP یا سی ای پی با عبور پرفشار جریان اب باعث از بین رفتن رسوبات میشود.
